Membaca Masa Depan Generasi Millenial; Analisis Dengan Pendekatan Fenimisme Muhammad Rizal Fazri

This paper examines how the millennial generation faces social challenges in the future. This study uses a feminist approach. In the perspective of feminism, there are two terms that describe the activity space for women, namely domestic and public. Domestic space encompasses women's activities related to the household, while public space involves women's activities outside the home, both in interaction with the surrounding community and in the work environment. The challenge for the next millennial generation is equal rights between men and women, in the view of feminism focusing on equal rights, women's participation in work, education, sexual freedom, and reproductive rights. Feminists in the millennial generation today also tend to become "icons" in the mass media. As Laura Mulvey, said women have become icons in the mass media. Women's bodies are used as art, so they are freely displayed and explored. The beauty and beauty of women are depicted in various photographs, paintings, various sculptures, poems, and various literary works. Various images of these women are displayed in many places, in bedrooms, living rooms, art galleries, offices, self-service hotels, salons, even workshops and on the streets. The determinism of women and the formation of social class in the analysis of capital, women become part of the social reality that is included in the analysis that is subordinated to capitalism. That is why socialist feminists emerged to create an equal position with the interests of capital and power.

AbstractThis research aims to determine the extent of the social and economic life portrait of the family of Women Workers (TKW) from Dumai city who work in Malaysia, TKW in this study is limited to TKWs who work in the domestic realm. The location of the study was carried out in Pangkalan Sesai Village, West Dumai District, with the selection of information carried out deliberately on 4 TKW families. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis through the stages of reduction, presentation of data, and conclusions. The results showed that there was a change in the socioeconomic life of TKW families from the city of Dumai, the change came from the remittances sent by TKW where the money was used for social and economic life of the family left behind.Keywords: Social-Economy life, Family, TKW

The study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of financial performance consisting of the ratio of independence, efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio to the Human Development Index. The data used was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equations, coefficient of determination test (R2) and statistical tests (t test or partial test and F test or simultaneous test). The results showed that 51.7% independence ratio, efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio influenced the Human Development Index in East Aceh District and 48.3% were influenced by other variables not included in the estimation of this study. Then the independence ratio has a positive but not significant effect on the Human Development Index. The efficiency ratio has a positive but not significant effect on the Human Development Index. The effectiveness ratio has a positive but not significant effect on the Human Development Index. F test results note that simultaneous independence ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios have a significant effect on the Human Development Index in East Aceh District.

with the current government system by other models of leaders. This discussion is considered important for two reasons, firstly the government system in Indonesia which is the majority led by Muslim leaders no longer heed Islamic values and leadership which can improve the welfare of the community in the economic, political and social fields. The results of the study found Umar Abdul Aziz's behavior in governing brought many positive changes for the Umayyads during Umar's reign. Some positive aspects are often found in development in the political, economic and social fields. In some countries which are currently led by a Muslim, they should be able to make Umar's leadership model as an example.

The people of Aceh are currently confronted with two value systems that can be said to be their way of life. The two value systems are value systems based on Pancasila and value systems based on Islamic Sharia. Based on this it is important to know how this value system is formed in society so that everyday behavior will follow the Pancasila or Islamic Sharia value system. The results of the study show that the value system between the two can run together and there isn't a very significant difference. Differences occur only because of interpretation or understanding. The process of formation in addition to the acceptance of values by the community itself through an understanding of daily events is also determined by other components of society such as government officials, village leaders, teungku (religious leaders), and ureueng carong (clever clever people). This component has access to convey even sometimes can be imposed on the community. The community also adopts a value system from what the figures convey as well as adopting their learning from everyday behavior.

Abstrak Pembangunan industri atau industrialisasi bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, selanjutnya melalui pendapatan akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat namun pembangunan industri juga berdampak negatif dengan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan seperti polusi udara. Hadirnya Pembangkit industri Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap di tengah masyarakat Suak Puntong membawa dampak negatif, udara di sekitar kawasan PLTU terasa panas banyaknya asap dan bau limbah yang di hasilkan oleh PLTU telah merubah kondisi lingkungan di tengah masyarakat PLTU. Kehadiran PLTU di tengah masyarakat Gampong Suak Puntong telah merusak kesehatan masyarakat. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh PLTU pada masyarakat di Gampong Suak Puntong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kondisi sosial masyarakat Gampong Suak Puntong semenjak adanya PLTU, lingkungan terasa panas, masyarakat dilanda keresahan yang diakibatkan oleh kebisingan suara yang dikeluarkan oleh mesin PLTU dan ketika terjadi pembangunan yang menggunakan paku bumi. banyaknya debu di lingkungan masyarakat hingga masuk ke rumah masyarakat. Serta bau limbah batubara yang dibuang melalui saluran berdekatan dengan rumah masyarakat. Dampak hadirnya PLTU di Gampong Suak Puntong terbukanya lapangan kerja baru, masyarakat mendapat batuan untuk masyarakat miskin dari PLTU. Demikian juga lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh hadirnya PLTU di Gampong Suak Puntong lingkungan di sekitar kawasan PLTU masyarakat kini banyak yang terkena penyakit seperti batuk, ispa, paru-paru, semua itu di akibatkan oleh polusi udara yang di keluarkan oleh PLTU. yang mengindap penyakit bukan hanya dari kalangan orang dewasa saja namun juga anak-anak. AbstractIndustrial development or industrialization aims to improve the welfare of the community, then through income will improve the quality of life of the community but the industrial development also has a negative impact with the occurrence of environmental pollution such as air pollution. The presence of Steam Power Generation industry in Suak Puntong society has a negative impact, the air around the PLTU area is hot, the amount of smoke and the smell of waste generated by the power plant has changed the environmental conditions in the PLTU community. The presence of PLTU in the community of Gampong Suak Puntong has damaged the public health. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the environmental conditions of the community in the area of PLTU in Gampong Suak Puntong Sub Pesisir District Nagan Raya and How the environmental impact caused by PLTU to the community in Gampong Suak Puntong. The method used in this research is Qualitative method with technique of taking informant using purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that: The social condition of the people of Gampong Suak Puntong since the existence of the steam power plant, the environment was hot, the people were affected by the noise caused by the noise of the power plant and when there was development using earth spikes. The amount of dust in the community to enter the community home. And the smell of waste coal discharged through channels adjacent to the community home. The impact of the presence of PLTU in Gampong Suak Puntong opening of new jobs, the community gets rocks for the poor of PLTU. The environmental impact caused by the presence of PLTU in Gampong Suak Puntong environment around the PLTU community area is now exposed to many diseases such as cough, ispa, lungs, fever are all caused by air pollution released by the power plant. Which affects illness not only from adults but also children.

Parents are playing an important role in educating religious values to their children. The morality of future children's behavior is determined by the education and guidance of their parents. In fact, children get their education first in their family. Education in the family runs throughout the ages, through a process of interaction and socialization within the family itself. The value of education is implied in the integrity of the family, both in communication between fellow family members, in the daily behavior of parents and family members. Therefore, parents should always set a good example for their children, because whatever the habits of parents at home will always be imitated by children. The purpose of this study is to focus on the problem of internalization in shaping the morals of children and the values of worship effectively. While in this research, the researcher uses Library Research research that is the collection and analysis of library materials collected from books and various other literature. The results showed that the internalization of religious values that had been embedded from an early age would form good morality. The important role of religious education from parents influences the good behavior of children in the future.
